A FEW THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW ABOUT US
CHILDREN
- The minimum age of our guests after 5:00 pm is 12 years old.
DRESS CODE
- The dress code policy is smart casual. No singlet’s or board shorts.
CORKAGE
- We offer a selection of wines from around the world to complement our culinary creations from our wine cellar. We do not offer corkage.
SMOKING
- The entire LUXE dining room is non-smoking. There are designated smoking areas outside the dining room
Your online reservation will be confirmed in writing upon receipt of your booking.

RESERVATIONS FOR 4 OR MORE GUEST
- RESERVATIONS FOR 4 + GUESTS: We require valid credit card details to confirm & guarantee your reservation.
- No fee will be charged if cancelled 24 hours prior to your reservation time.
- 48 hours prior to your reservation time, we reserve the right to charge your credit card a deposit 500,000 IDR / $32 USD per guest.
- This deposit amount will be credited to your dining bill.
- This amount is non-refundable in case of cancellation within 24 hours prior to your reservation time or in case of no show.

- Chef’s table reservations require minimum 48 hours lead time & a valid credit card to guarantee the reservation.
- The Chef’s Table culinary journey is created for a minimum of two guests, maximum four guests per reservation.
- The Chef’s Table is a three plus hour dining experience.
- Kindly note we take reservations for The Chef’s Table seating is from 12:00 PM with the last seating at 7:30 pm.
- All reservations will be confirmed in writing upon receipt of your reservation details.

THE CHEF’S TABLE RESERVATION CONDITIONS:
- We require valid credit card details to confirm & guarantee your reservation.
- No fee will be charged if cancelled 48 hours prior to your reservation time.
- The full amount of your reservation cost will be charged to your credit card on record 48 hours prior to your reservation time.
- This amount is non-refundable in case of cancellation after 48 hours prior to your reservation time or in case of no show.

Location
The closest a car can reach to LUXE is 700 meters as we are located in a green zone. We offer complimentary Scooter Service from The Grill @ LUXE sign on the corner of JL Raya Ubud & JL Kajeng. Please note our location on Google Maps is not accurate.
